Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
To file a copyright infringement notification, you must send a written communication that includes substantially all of the following (as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

Full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and a valid email address. - Identification of the Copyrighted Work
A clear description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered in a single notification, you may provide a representative list. - Identification of the Infringing Material
The exact URL(s) or other specific location(s) on our website where the material you claim is infringing is located. Please provide enough detail so we can locate the content quickly (e.g., “https://rajcalendar.co.in/october-2026-calendar/”). - A Statement of Good Faith
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. For example:
“I hereby state that I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.” - A Statement of Accuracy
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed. For example:
“I hereby state that the information in this notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed.” - Physical or Electronic Signature
The notice must be signed by you or the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner. An electronic signature (typing your full legal name) is acceptable.

What Happens After You File a Notice?
- Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notice, we will promptly investigate the claim.
- If the claim is verified, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- We will make a good faith attempt to notify the user who posted the content (if applicable) about the removal, and provide them with a copy of the complaint.
- The user may then file a counter-notification if they believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification (see below).
Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that the material removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent containing the following:
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email).
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If the copyright owner does not file a court action against you within 10 business days, we may restore the removed material at our discretion.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we reserve the right to terminate the access of users or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

- Fair Use & Public Domain: Not all uses of copyrighted material constitute infringement. We believe that content we create — such as Panchang data, festival dates, and original calendar designs — is either original, in the public domain, or used under principles of fair use (e.g., for educational, spiritual, and informational purposes). - False Claims: Please be aware that knowingly making a false claim of copyright infringement can result in legal liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA. You may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees) incurred by us or our users if you knowingly and materially misrepresent that material or activity is infringing.
